By enrolling in a course on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Course Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Course bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Thirst Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice will be given.
3. Attendance & Conduct
Students are required to arrive on time and attend all sessions of the course.
Thirst Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, without refund.
4. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued only to students who attend all sessions and successfully complete the course requirements.
5. Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) Promotions
BOGO offers are valid only when a minimum of five (5) fully paying students are enrolled in the applicable course.
If the minimum is not met, Thirst Academy reserves the right to reschedule the course until the minimum is reached.
Students will be notified at least 72 hours in advance if rescheduling is required.
The BOGO benefit (i.e. one free spot per paid spot) is only confirmed once the course reaches the minimum threshold. Until that point, it is considered provisional.
6. Liability
Thirst Academy is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the course duration.
Students participate at their own risk and are advised to carry personal insurance where applicable.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for course administration and communication and is never shared with third parties.
